Mindset to strengthen: Concentration
Suggestions to try:
At home: Make progress in sending out your Christmas cards.
At school: Commit to specific study times to start prepping for final exams. Note these times in your planner or wall calendar.
At work: Commit to when you’ll work on projects that are due on December 31. Write it down!
Start small: work in 15-minute blocks if that’s what you can manage right now; then try to increase your work time blocks by 15 minutes per week. By the end of December, you’ll be able to work steadily for an hour at a time.
No matter your area of expertise, Concentration is your most valuable skill
and enhances everything else you do.
