Music
New to using Music? Start here.
Selection to enjoy: Medieval Instrumental Music. This peaceful music, played at a low volume, sets the stage for relaxation and deep thinking. The music lasts for just over an hour, so no need to loop this video!
Suggested use: Listen while working on your Quarter 4 Plan. October is just around the corner! You can get a lot mapped out in one hour of deep concentration.
Montessori

Mindset to strengthen: Freedom within Limits
There are so many things that we can do, but what actions are the best ways to the goals we want to reach?
We all enjoy our Freedom, but Freedom without Limits is exhausting and can lead to burnout.
Suggestions to try:
At home: Where would you like to be spending more time? Where would you like to be spending less? Now is a good time to protect some extra time before we get into the end-of-the-calendar-year rush.
At school: Now that school has gotten back into full swing, it’s helpful to think back on your schedule. Are there extracurricular activities that you don’t enjoy? Consider giving those up, reclaiming your time, and spending that time on activities - and with people - that really matter to you.
At work: Start crafting your Q4 plan. It’s helpful to keep a Not-Now list, for goals we would like to achieve, but October through December 2025 is not the right time.
Mimosa:
“You ask such good questions. You really make me think about what’s important.” - a Happy Client
